ODTM Inc. is an incorporated company founded and privately owned by five Turkish consulting engineers/architects who had been providing services in their own fields for more than 20 years. The firm was founded in 1990 to provide multi disciplinary design and consultancy services within a well organised single corporate body. Over the years, the firm has been involved in study, design and consultancy services for tourism, industrial and urban developments in Turkey and abroad, which includes number of mass housing / residential schemes, industry projects, hospitals, shopping and business centers, resort hotels and interior designs as well as various projects of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force and AAFES-Army and Air Force Exchange Service.

In international arena, ODTM associates with some U.S. and European firms who are renowned in their special fields. This enables the firm to act as a consolidated group with highly experienced consultancy / design firms from abroad when required. In that respect, ODTM has recently become a member of the MERGE Engineering Resources Group, formed by leading consultancy firms of various European countries.

All the services mentioned above, are accomplished thru the firm's own CAD network system operated by skilled CAD operators. The firm is also engaged in topographical surveys, soil investigation, landscaping, environmental planning, water supply and sanitation schemes thru it's well experienced associates.
